Natalia Perez is an Arizona Supreme Court Certified Legal Document Preparer, a commissioned Notary Public, and an NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent. She is not an attorney and is not licensed to practice law.

We cannot give legal advice, legal opinions or legal representation, we cannot recommend a legal strategy, we cannot represent you in court, and we cannot advise you on your legal rights or on the consequences of signing any document. If you need any of that, you need a licensed attorney.

Nothing on this website, and no conversation with us or with the chat assistant, creates an attorney-client relationship.

Notarial acts, certified legal document preparation for self-represented individuals, loan signing services, business filing assistance, immigration forms preparation and administrative support — all performed strictly on the basis of the information and instructions you provide.

We prepare documents as you direct. We do not decide for you what documents you need or what they should say.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of what you give us. We prepare documents from it as provided, and we are not responsible for consequences arising from information that turns out to be incorrect, incomplete or misleading.

Arizona law requires satisfactory evidence of identity for a notarial act. Valid, current government-issued photo identification must be presented.

A notary must refuse to act in certain circumstances — for example where the signer cannot be identified, does not appear to understand the document, or does not appear to be acting willingly. A refusal on those grounds is a legal obligation, not a matter of discretion.

Notarial act fees are set by Arizona law. Travel fees for mobile appointments are separate, are disclosed before the appointment, and depend on distance.

A quote requested through this website is an estimate based on what you tell us. The final amount may differ if the actual number of documents, signers or the location turns out to be different.

Please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule, so the time can be offered to someone else.

Submitting the form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment exists once we have confirmed it with you directly.

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, our liability arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
