Eligible remote services are also available for clients across the United States.

02What is your typical turnaround time?

Turnaround times vary depending on the type of service requested. Many notarizations and standard document preparation services can be completed the same day or within 24–48 hours. More complex matters may require additional time. Contact us for an estimated timeline based on your specific needs.

03What is a Notary Public?

04What is a Notary Signing Agent?

A Notary Signing Agent (NSA) is a specially trained Notary Public who facilitates the signing of mortgage and loan documents for lenders, title companies, and signing agencies. An NSA oversees the signing process and follows the standards of the National Notary Association

05Can you prepare legal documents if you are not an attorney?

Yes. As an Arizona Supreme Court Certified Legal Document Preparer, Natalia Perez is legally authorized to prepare legal documents for self-represented individuals in Arizona without attorney supervision. However, she cannot provide legal advice, legal opinions, or represent clients in court.

06Do you offer mobile and remote services?

Yes. We provide Mobile Notary Services throughout the East Valley and surrounding Arizona communities. We also offer Remote Online Notarization (RON) for eligible documents and remote administrative services for clients across the United States.
