Through the contact form we ask for your name, email address, the service you are interested in, and your message. The phone number field is optional.

If you request a quote, we also ask where the appointment would take place, how many documents and signers are involved, and — for mobile appointments — the city and ZIP code. You may optionally give a preferred date and time.

We ask for this because a notary quote depends on it: travel distance, number of notarial acts and number of signers are what determine the price. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, Social Security numbers, financial account numbers or copies of identity documents through this website.

Only to respond to your request, prepare a quote, and schedule and provide the service you asked for. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not use it to send marketing you did not ask for.

The chat window on this site is powered by Google Gemini. What you type into it is sent to Google to generate the reply, and is therefore subject to Google’s own privacy terms.

The chat also has a voice option. If you start a voice call and allow your browser to use the microphone, your audio is streamed directly from your browser to Google for as long as the call lasts, and a written transcript of both sides appears in the chat window. The call ends automatically after a few minutes. We do not record or keep the audio.

Because of that, please do not type or say personal or confidential details in the chat. Use it for general questions, and use the phone number or the contact form for anything specific to your matter.

The gallery page embeds posts from Instagram. Those boxes load content directly from Instagram, which may set its own cookies and can see that you visited the page. We do not control that.

The home page embeds a Google map of our Google Business Profile. Loading it means Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, in the same way it would if you opened Google Maps directly. The map shows whatever is published on that profile.

The typefaces used across the site are loaded from Google Fonts. This happens on every page, so Google receives your IP address even if you never open the chat, the map or the gallery.

The site is hosted by a third-party provider that processes standard technical request data, such as IP addresses, in order to serve the pages.

When you send the contact form, your message is delivered as an email through an external sending service and is then kept in the business email inbox, which is provided by Google. So the content of your enquiry — your name, email address, phone number and whatever you write to us — passes through those services on its way to us.

We do not use advertising trackers. We do use a privacy-focused analytics tool provided by our hosting provider: it counts page visits without cookies, without following you across other websites and without building a profile of you.

We store one item: your language choice, English or Spanish, so the site opens in the same language on your next visit. It stays on your device, it is not sent to us, and it does not identify you. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Enquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and, where a service is provided, for the period Arizona law requires for records of that service.

You may ask us what information about you we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at (480) 934-8615 and we will respond within a reasonable time. Note that records tied to a completed notarial act may need to be retained under Arizona law.

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
